Jonah Aragon is a privacy and security researcher, writer, and network operator based in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
He is the director of Triplebit, a civil rights advocacy group and transit internet service provider (AS401332) he founded in 2024 to protect the rights to privacy, anonymity, access to information, and free speech.
He is also a founder and the Program Director of Privacy Guides, a nonprofit project he launched in 2021 that has grown into one of the most widely trusted independent resources for consumer privacy and security recommendations. He leads its editorial work: researching tools, publishing reviews and technical analysis, and coordinating a global open-source contributor community.
